JTI – Influencing Consultant

We are advertising for a consultancy to support our influencing work.

1. We are looking for a consultant to:

• Explore and define our role as a funder collaboration and where we can usefully influence and how.
• Connect grant partners, to share influencing objectives and create space to collectively strategise.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for influencing and where work could be focussed.
• Connect with government departments and decision makers to identify changes, trends and opportunities for influencing.

2. We are looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Someone whose values align with those of Justice Together
• Someone with a good understanding of the political landscape in relation to migration and connections and insight within government and across the migration sector.
• Experience of organising and running inclusive workshops
• Experience of writing briefs and identifying learning.

People with lived experience of the issues related to immigration, asylum or nationality system and the intersection with structural racism are particularly encouraged to apply.

3. Budget and Timeline

We have a budget of £15k and would ideally like the work to start in March 2025 but have some flexibility.
